Dragon Fruit
Dragon fruits are quite popular for their bright pink and red appearance, with green scale-like leaves, and white flesh speckled with tiny, black edible seeds. It grows on a climbing cactus called Hylocereus. The fruit is an excellent source of fiber and has a juicy and dense pulp that offers a subtle sweet and sour flavor.
